Shipping Information
 
USPS or FedEx can be used for all domestic delivery shipments. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your product, although most shipments will arrive much sooner. Canvas prints will require up to 14 business days for delivery. Tracking information is available and you are welcome to call for the shipment number toll free at 888-258-8385.
 
When products are back-ordered, Sha-bebe will notify you of the delay by phone. We will provide you with an approximate shipping date.

Our retail prices reinforce our commitment to you, our customer, and our mission to build goodwill and long term relationships. It is our desire that you shop with ease knowing we are keeping a watchful eye on our retail prices.
 
Safe Shopping
 
The security of your personal data, transactions, and money is our top priority. PayPal is our credit card processing company. They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from our server to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Using the Shopping Cart
 
Once your purchase item is chosen, you will be taken to PayPal’s site with your cart's contents where you will be able to checkout. Checking out requires you provide your contact and credit card information which will be confirmed.
 
Returns and Damaged Shipments
 
Your satisfaction is our greatest goal! We will take every reasonable action to ensure that you are happy with our products.
 
Please read through our following policy prior to returning any item. By honoring this policy, you allow us to continue to offer excellent brand name products at the best possible prices.
 
Return Policy
 
Sha-bebe will not accept returned products which have been personalized or made to order, unless for neglect or error on our part. Those items will be replaced. Please be sure of spelling, font choices, and thread colors before you complete your order. Items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at 888-258-8385, if you have any questions about styles, colors, or sizes. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within three (3) business days. Those items which are not personalized can be returned within fourteen (14) business days AND only with a Return Authorization (RAN) Number. Items received after fourteen days (14) will not be accepted back for refund.
 
Upon receipt of your approved return item, sha-bebe.com will issue a credit less handling fees and the original shipping fees – see below.
 
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in it’s original packaging and in it’s original condition. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be accepted and will be returned, unless the damages were caused during shipping. If you refuse the package, sha-bebe.com reserves the right to liquidate and not offer any credit to you.

Return Procedure
 
Sha-bebe maintains a 14 day return timeframe from delivery unless otherwise specified or approved by management. If you are unsatisfied with your product upon arrival, please request a return authorization number (RAN) by calling our office 888-258-8385.
 
We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number (RAN) written on the return package. Once approved for return, please return the product within 14 days from receipt for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs. Credit will not be issued if the package is not returned. The product must be in re-saleable condition or pre-approved for return and have 100% of the original contents and in original packaging by its manufacturer.
 
For your protection, insure returns for the full value of the purchase price.
